SHIPPING

Shipments of orders made in Amateur will be made through courier companies.

The order placed by the user will be delivered within a period of 1 to 7 working days from the end of the manufacturing period, depending on the delivery address:

Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 2/3 days (business days)

Balearic and Canary Islands: 2/3 days (working days)

Europe: 4-7 business days

South America and the United States: 4-7 business days

The shipping costs will appear with the proper separation in the final sale price in all orders. The shipping cost to Spain (Peninsula) is free.

In purchases from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside of Spain, the taxes required at customs, as well as the costs of processing them, are not included.

If within 10 working days from the end of the manufacturing period you have not received the package, contact our Customer Service department through the email address amateurthebrand@gmail.com

RETURNS

Items made to order:

Garments made to order cannot be returned, as they are made expressly for each client. In case you need adjustments or a change in size, we will be happy to make them in our workshops according to instructions.

Stock garments (not on request):

Through the website you can return any item that is not to your complete satisfaction. To return a product you have 15 days from the receipt of the order.To request a return, you must send an email with your order number and the reasons for the return to: amateurthebrand@gmail.comWe will analyze your return request and we will notify you if it is appropriate or not by email. If it is appropriate, you will have to send us the merchandise to be returned. For returns in the peninsula, we will contact you and our courier company will collect the item/s you wish to return at your address. Returns are free in the peninsula.When we receive the item, it will be thoroughly analyzed to verify that it is in perfect condition, unused, without makeup stains, cream, damaged packaging…The item must be returned with its original labels and packaging in perfect condition, and with its security seals, if any, placed in the same place. Once the item has been analyzed, we will notify you shortly if the return is accepted or not and we will send you an email confirming it.We will refund the money corresponding to the returned product and the shipping costs using the same payment method with which it was purchased, within a maximum period of 15 days. Partial returns of an order will result in refunds of the product price and partial shipping costs.Shipping costs will be refunded proportionally to the value of the returned product.In the case of returns not coming from mainland Spain, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and we will not accept returns sent postage due.

SIZE CHANGES

Items made to order:

Stock garments (not on request):

For size changes from outside the Iberian Peninsula, you will have to request the return of the product indicating the correct size you wish to receive. Next, you must send the product subject to the change following the instructions that we will provide you for this purpose. Once received, Amateur will send you the product in the desired size. Amateur bears the costs of this second shipment.The first change of size is free in the peninsula, you must request the return in the usual way, indicating the correct size you want via email amateurthebrand@gmail.com and we will contact you to arrange the change.In the case of size changes not coming from mainland Spain, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and we will not accept returns sent postage due.
